The TITLE Boxing Resistance Band Double End Bag Cable is the ideal way to add increased speed and amazing recoil to your double end bag training. The heavy-duty resistance band cables – available in four different lengths and tensions – are crafted to provide round after round of intense training in the gym or at home. Simply attach the cable to the top or bottom side of the double end bag then onto the floor or ceiling attachment for speed and movement that elite athletes demand in their workouts.
